Nachos
1 large bag of nacho chips
200g grated cheese
1 spring onion
1 small tin chopped tomatoes
1. Arrange nachos on a heat-proof dish
2. Chop the spring onion and drain the tin of tomatoes
3. Cover the nachos with the onion, tomatoes and cheese
4. Grill on high until the cheese is completely metled
5. Serve with sour cream and guacamole – recipe below!
Guacamole
1 avocado
1 clove garlic
1 red chilli
1 lime
2 big spoons of natural yoghurt
1. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado discarding the skin and stone. Mash with a fork until it makes a chunky paste

Finely chop the chilli and garlic, add to the mix
3.
Stir in the juice of the lime and the yoghurt
4. You’re done
